Mitchell Martishius
Mitchell has been woodworking ever since he was a young boy along side his dad who is also a craftsman. Mitchell was born in Livingston, MT, moving around the country throughout his youth. He attended North Carolina State University and graduated with a degree in Wood Products. He met his now wife, Brittany, in college and the two married in 2012. They moved to Billings, MT in 2014 and now have three children.

Brittany Martishius
Brittany is behind the scenes keeping an eye on the numbers, ordering materials, building relationships with our wholesale partners, customer service tasks and many other hats.
She is a mom to three kids, a full time civil engineer, and runs the business with the time left.
Fulfillment Manager & Shop Assistant
Reid Larsen
Reid joined the team in April 2022. Reid is a friend and neighbor of the owners and began stopping by when the business was in the garage to see what Mitchell was up to. Then Mitchell put him to work. Apparently he enjoys it, because he keeps showing up!
CNC Operator & Marketing
Griffin Kelly
Griffin joined the team in November 2023. He stopped by the shop on a whim, asking if we needed any marketing done for the business and hit it off with Mitchell. Now Griffin runs the CNC machine and takes all the amazing photos and videos for the business.
Shop Assistant
Joe Lipskis
Joe joined the team in November 2023. He caught word that Mitchell needed help in the shop from time to time and Joe just so happened to enjoy woodworking and want to help. He stops by when he can and helps out as much as he can. He is also the unofficial morale booster, always bringing a positive vibe to the shop.
Craftsman
Nate Jones
Nate officially joined the team in October 2024. In 2021, Nate used to stop by the garage and help after his day job. He then moved out of state and when he mentioned wanting to return to Billings, Mitchell quickly reached out to see if he wanted to come work full time this time. Luckily he did. Nates positive demeanor always brightens the day.

Nate joined the team in April 2025. Nate has been a wonderful addition to the team and is learning the ropes quickly.
Shop Assistant
Sam DeLapp
Sam joined the team in April 2025. He assists part time and picks up the loose ends. He's been a great help.

Of course we can't forget our 4-legged help. Molly and Kore make their daily appearance in the shop, sweeping the floor with their tails.
