We get to orders as soon as we can. These items are ready to go and generally ship the day after order during normal business hours.

If you choose to have an item laser engraved, please note that may take a few days. We are busy in our standard processes and our machine may be held up. We will get to it as soon as we are able.

Before your item ships we do a final check to make sure the item hasn't gotten dinged up when moved around the shelves. If we notice anything wrong, we will notify you and work out a solution.
